The cartons are available with kraft outside and white inside or white outside and kraft inside. An additional option is offered using a special water-b... The newly designed carton is manufactured from special virgin cardboard created for packaging and the corners of the carton are folded double to create better strength and sealing. The cartons are available with kraft outside and white inside or white outside and kraft inside. An additional option is offered using a special water-based food barrier coating applied to the white side of the board for the kraft outside cartons. The leak proof ability of this option is further enhanced with the carton’s double fold corners. Should you require customization of the cartons we can litho print in one, two four or five colours. Example Packaged Products are: Bottled items Coffee Chocolates or high-quality sweets Important documents like certificates Fragile and or expensive gifts We have the following size tooling (Tube internal Diameter): 40mm Dia. 76mm Dia. 99mm Dia. 118mm Dia. The tube end is available either with “Cardboard Bull Nose” finishing or with “Metal Caps” (available in only in black at the moment). The opening end of the tube when using the bull nose finishing is a telescopic cap, which slides over the inner tube section, but with flush finishing on the outside. The minimum length for a “Bull Nose Cap” is 40mm. Our Minimum thickness of tube wall is 1mm and the maximum is 8mm. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1 000 units.
